• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order (for example, for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or availability). If we cancel after you have been charged, we will refund you in full.

5. Custom and personalized orders

For custom, personalized, or made-to-measure items, you are responsible for the accuracy of the details and measurements you provide. Custom items are final sale except for defects or our errors, as described in our Refund Policy.
